"I joined Triple M dance academy almost 2 years ago to give myself a break whilst caring for my elderly dad. My only regret is that I didn't join a long time ago. Despite my initial fear on walking through the door that I might be "joining a bunch of cowboys/girls" I couldn't have been more wrong. The music is modern which I love it and it's so nice to be taught by a trained dancer. Triple M has seen me through a serious illness when I could only walk or dance for exercise, and I've met some lovely fellow dancers, and hope to meet a lot more."

"Hi I have been going to triple M dance academy for around 7 weeks it has made me more confident, given me more self-esteem and it’s a real fun way to lose weight. I thought with it being line dance I wouldn't like it but when I found out it was modern that was a bonus and I love it and would recommend anyone to do it. The teacher is really out standing and great to get on with. The studio has a really nice calm atmosphere. Some of the class including me after only a few weeks of learning to dance even entered a talent competition we had a really good day. It’s a great way to make new friends of different age groups. I recommend you give it a go."

"Late 90’s early 00’s I used to go line dancing and then had a break but I really missed it. Then nearly two years ago I found Maggie’s class and although not country and western I thought I would give it a go. Going on my own for the first time was a bit daunting but the class was friendly and made me very welcome. Over the months I made lots of new friends and even lost weight. I enjoyed it so much I started going twice a week. I call it “my time” because if ever I’m stressed its something I do and all my problems get totally forgotten for those few hours. The other dancers help you out and laugh with you when you get it wrong (which can be often). The other thing I must include is about Maggie’s enthusiasm, she loves dancing and it shows, she’s good to watch and she wants us to be confident too. Give it a go!"

"I’ve been dancing for a few years now, and it’s become a way of life. I absolutely love it, and if I don’t go for any reason I really miss it. I’ve always kept fit by doing one activity or another, but this is by far the best way for me. It makes me happy and I can’t believe how quickly the time goes.
It also provides a good social life – I go to two different venues and have made lots of friends. Maggie makes the classes fun, but we work hard at the same time. It certainly keeps me fit!"

"It was February 2000 when Abbie read an advert for line dancing lessons to be held at our village hall. For the next week all Irene and I head was "please mom, please A.J lets try it only once, if we don't like it we won’t go again. In the end we gave in. Well, nearly nine years later we're still dancing twice a week and more if we can, and there aren't many classes that we have missed.
I must admit like most people we thought cowboy hats and slap-a-my-thigh nights. What a mistake. Over the years we have learnt dances to both country and modern music. We prefer the modern we must say.
It gave all three of us an interest that we could do together and have fun at the same time. We've met loads of people and made loads of new friends over the years. Most of who are still dancing with us. It gives us regular exercise, (and for me it helped me go from a size 18/20 to a 14). It is a good form of workout whilst having fun.
If a non-dancer reads this don't think you cannot dance or that we are all fuddy duddies like TV. tries to portray, believe me 9 years ago we thought that. Come and look at us now.
Well on the last note thanks Abbie for persuading us to go that first time. Thank you Maggie for the last nine years of dance. Thank you Jackie for the light hearted humor we all look forward to. Hears to the future of our dancing. Love the studio and hope it all goes well."

"Wanted to say how much everyone enjoyed the line dance evening on 20th September. The feedback we got was that it was a superb evening and very professonal. I think their opinions have changed about line dancing. Margaret and I were amazed how many people got up to dance. There was a lot of laughter but also a lot of concentration. The whole evening was great fun which was down to you, Maggie. We hope to repeat this evening in the new year so we will definitely be asking you again. Thank you so much."
